Heavenly Bake Shoppe was created in New York by Cynthia DeSiena when she decided that it was about time for baked goods made with organic ingredients to taste delicious! Why was it that most organic baked goods tasted like a very bad bran muffin? Through experimentation and research, she changed family heirloom recipes to include wholesome, natural, and organic ingredients. She found that when baking with organic sugars and nectars, her baked goods took on a new flavor.We are much more conscious of what we put into our bodies; taking this into consideration, Heavenly Bake Shoppe’s goods are made with wholesome and organic ingredients and baked using family recipes that have been handed down for generations. Our delicious deserts are made NOW, with the same love and passion that they were made with years ago.
Heavenly Bake Shoppe was created to serve the community and restaurateurs with love, joy and bring a feeling of well being to our customers. Our purpose is to ensure that we use the finest, best quality, wholesome, natural and organic ingredients, such as organic sucanat and organic whole wheat flour, in all baked goods and confections that we make. Our mission includes serving baked goods and confections that all the community can eat including diabetics (lowering the glycemic index with ingredients such as agave nectar), Vegan (no animal products, dairy and eggs), and people who have wheat-free/gluten-free needs. We are dedicated to helping the planet by using eco-friendly materials while baking and packaging and using companies know for the fair trade practices. As Heavenly Bake Shoppe grows and becomes profitable a portion of our profits will go to helping the youth of our community.
